Vehicle Warranty Owners Voting in the 2011 Golden Garages Scheme
Thousands of motorists, including those with Vehicle Warranty, will be asked to vote in the 2011 Golden Garages competition, which is open to garages across the country that supply service and repair services, both independent and franchised. In order to be in with a chance of winning, the garages will need to show customer commitment and excellence. Garages that meet the approval of vehicle warranty owners and other motorists can share in a prize total of around £11,000, if they are listed in the top 10 of garages.
The organisers of the competition have stated that this as an opportunity for garages to show how good they are at what they do, and showcase the reasons why their customers keep coming back to them. The competition opens in January and garages will receive a rating from the Golden Garage scheme to show where they rank in the system.
Garages are able to go online now and register to take part. All garages will receive publicity materials free of charge and will be able to promote themselves to the vehicle warranty owners and other motorists in order to drum up votes. The garages are automatically added to the pages on the website where customers can go to vote.
Getting a high ranking means that garages can then use this to promote their services to the local community. The scheme was launched in 2010 and over 9000 motorists in the UK voted.
