How do I cancel a car warranty?

You can do this by emailing our team of advisors on warranties@gocarwarranty.co.uk including your name and policy number and they will be able to cancel your car warranty for you as long as there have been no claims submitted and you are still within your first 30 day cancellation period. Please note if you cancel your Direct Debit without notifying us and miss payments, your policy will be cancelled and you may also incur a cancellation fee.  Additional details on cancelling your car warranty can be found within our terms and conditions.

If you pay via instalments: Cancellation of your credit agreement/direct debit does not cancel your warranty with us and payments of the outstanding premium will be required in full.

Can I cancel my car warranty and receive a full refund?

If you cancel your car warranty within 30 days of purchase/inception (whichever the sooner) and no claim has been registered, GO Car Warranty will refund the premium paid in full. If a claim has been made on the policy, no refund will be issued. This policy has no surrender value and in all other circumstances, cancellation is without refund.
