Top five cars to be released in 2018

Car technology continues to improve year on year, with the new models more efficient and safer than ever. As we move towards hybrid and autonomous technologies, itís easy to get excited about what cars are on the way. Here are the five most anticipated models due to be released in 2018.

Suzuki Swift

The Suzuki Swift combines the size and economy of a small hatchback with a sense of fun often missing from superminis. Fun to drive with a real sense of speed (at least relative to its size), the Swift is eagerly anticipated by those looking for something alternative to the more popular Fiestas and Corsas.

Volkswagen T-Roc

The latest entrant into the SUV market, the Volkswagen T-Roc is designed for young drivers who donít want a hatchback. Carrying a lot of the Golfís best features, its higher seating position gives you a real advantage on the road. Plenty of boot space will make this a real all-rounder.

Jaguar E-Pace

The younger brother of the Jaguar F-Pace, the only bad thing about the E-Pace is its name. Shaped like a saloon, the car draws a lot of its better qualities from a more surprising source Ė the F Type sports car.

It may look like an SUV, but BMW are referring to the X3 as an SAV Ė sports activity vehicle. Available in two or four wheel drive, itís hoped that this will crossover to those who want a proper SUV, rather than a crossover beloved by families.

Hyundai i30

This five-door coupe has a lot of high expectations. The Hyundai i40 is one of the best reviewed cars on the market. The i30 is altogether sportier than its smaller hatchback brethren, with a low ride height and firm suspension adding to the racing feel. Turbocharged petrol engine gives the car an additional kick that has enthusiasts looking forward to 2018.
