Mitsubishi has committed to the Motor Codes New Car Code, signalling its commitment to the delivery of first class customer service.  Motor Codes offers an advice and guidelines service, providing car buyers in the United Kingdom with the reassurance that the car manufacturer is operating under their guidelines.

Mitsubishi's decision to sign up to the Motor Codes New Car Code is just one part of its recent drive to increase consumer satisfaction with the company, which also included the publication of customer ratings for their dealer network on the internet. 

"Customer expectation is higher than ever and the quality of the overall customer experience must match that of the product" says the General Manager of Service at Mitsubishi, Sharon Townsend.  "In today's fast moving online retail environment, the ability for customers to access real time reviews and obtain independent feedback is important.  Through its motorist advice line and service and repair reviews, Motor Codes complements our own Excellent Service initiatives, helping to increase customer confidence levels."

Three sets of service level expectations are provided by Motor Codes, which cover Vehicle Warranty products, car service and repairs, and car sales.  The advice line also offers motorists a free conciliation service, which can function as an independent intermediary should it be required.  The Managing Director of Motor Codes, Chris Mason, says that all of the 138 dealer and service only sites in the Mitsubishi network in the United Kingdom are now signed up to the New Car Code.
