Renault's 4 plus wins first ever CarBuyer Buyers' Award Image

The comprehensive customer care package from Renault, 4+, has won the very first CarBuyer Buyers' Award for giving the owners of new vehicles peace of mind for as much as four years.  The offer, which became available on all new Renault vehicles from the 1st February, offers a comprehensive 100,000-mile/four-year Car Warranty as well as four years roadside cover, 48,000 miles/four years routine servicing and up to four years of finance. 

"For the first CarBuyer Buyers' Award we were looking for an initiative that would appeal to our audience as something to help take the pain out of car buying" says the Editor in Chief of Auto Express and CarBuyer, Steve Fowler.  "We've seen plenty of long warranties and tempting buying packages, but Renault 4+ is the best of all worlds, providing plenty of peace of mind while making car buying more affordable and transparent."

The Managing Director of Renault UK, Thierry Sybord, who received the trophy at the firm's Hertfordshire headquarters yesterday, says that they were so confident in the quality of their products that it was only right and proper that they created a customer care package that mirrored that level of confidence.  Sybord added that the company is delighted to have their latest initiative given such recognition just a few weeks after launch. 

The 4+ package also provides fixed running costs, security and affordable monthly payments for new Renault car and van customers as well as helping to improve resale value.
